Ingredients (4 people):
4 slices of salmon of 25 ml (as well as other sauce/marinade ingredients) sesame oil, Nok Nam sauce, oyster sauce, liquid honey, soy sauce, 1 packet of coriander, 1/2 lemon juice, garlic and pepper.
- In a large dish, mix the ingredients for the marinade. Place the salmon fillets, put them in the marinade once, cover them with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- At the end of this time, turn the salmon over and refrigerate until cooked. Heat the baking sheet and cook the salmon slices on it.
- Place the marinated sauce in a saucepan and reduce to a simmer.
- They should drink a syrup. Place the salmon on a plate, cover it with the sauce and garnish with a slice of lemon.
