Brioche with KitchenAid for a delicious breakfast

 Ingredients (8 people):

For 2 breads:

  •  500 grams of flour T45 2 eggs + 1 for the glaze
  •  220 grams of skimmed milk
  •  Two packs of dry baker’s yeast
  •  50 grams of bourbon vanilla sugar
  •  6 grams of salt
  •  80 g of unsalted semi-salted butter

Preparation:

In a KitchenAid bowl with a hook, add the following ingredients in order: eggs, flour, sugar, salt, warm milk and yeast.

Knead for 2 minutes at speed 1, then 10 minutes at speed 2/3. Add the soft butter and knead for another 5 minutes at speed 2 and then 5 minutes at speed 3, the dough should come off the sides of the bowl.

Let it sit, cover the plate and let it sit at room temperature for 4 hours. Degasize, shape the balls and place them in the molds, brush them with a beaten egg and a brush and place them back under a clean cloth for one hour.

Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the brioche in a hot oven for 30 minutes.
