 Ingredients (6 people):

Cakes:

  •  2 glasses of egg white,
  •  125 grams a little milk,
  • 1 1/2 glasses of sugar,
  •  3 packs of flour,
  •  1 packet of yeast,
  •  1/2 cup of oil,
  • 200 grams of baking chocolate,
  •  200 grams of chocolate for baking,
  • 200 grams of dark chocolate,
  • praline or white chocolate,
  •  2 tablespoons of fresh cream (without chocolate fondant),
  • decoration: fruit, chocolate noodles or blanched almonds, depending on your taste and preferences.

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Butter and flour for a baking sheet. Melt the chocolate in Mary’s bathtub. In a salad bowl, mix the white cheese diluted in a little milk with sugar, flour and yeast. Add the oil and the melted chocolate and mix well. If the consistency is too thick, add some milk. Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for about 30 minutes. To decorate the cake, let it cool and do not brush it. Melt the chocolate in Mary’s bathtub. Mix with fresh cream. Pour the chocolate over the cake and spread it evenly. Add the decorations, let the chocolate cool down and enjoy.
