Preparation time: 45 minutes
Ingredients (8 persons):
- 4 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar
- A bag of vanilla sugar 250 grams of mascarpone
- 25 cl of spoon for coffee cookies cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon of coffee
- 5 tablespoons of amaretto soup.
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar with an electric mixer. Add the mascarpone and a teaspoon of amaretto and beat again.
Pour this mixture into a bowl and set it aside. Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff. Using a spatula, add the egg whites to the cream.
Mix the coffee and 5 tablespoons of amaretto in a bowl.
Quickly dip the cookie spoon in amaretto coffee 1 by 1 and place it on the bottom of the plate, cover it with cream, soaked biscuit and cream.
Sprinkle with cocoa powder and let it sit in the fridge for at least 6 hours (preferably prepared the day before).
