Ingredients (two people):
- 1 Italian sausage
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 sliced red or green pepper
- 1/2 sliced zucchini
- cut into brunoise 1/2 carrot
- cut into brunoise
- 1 teaspoon of bell pepper
- 1 can of 190 g of grilled meat sauce (zapetti) salt and parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons of pasta with olive oil of your choice
- 3 to 4 handfuls
1/Cook your pasta. Let it cool and set aside.
2/ Meanwhile, in a large pan, put oil, onion, pepper and cayenat for 15 ne pepper.
*Optionally, heat them at the same time. Heat over medium heminutes, stirring occasionally.
3/Add the sausage, carrots and zucchini.
Add salt and pepper.
Mix well. 4/Add the sauce to the grilled meat, fill the can with water and pour it into the pan.
Reduce the heat and put the lid on for 10 minutes, then remove the lid and continue cooking for 10 to 15 minutes until the sauce is reduced to your liking. When you’re ready to serve, place the pasta back in the pan for just 1 minute to heat it up and coat it with the sauce.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on the plate. Enjoy your meal!
